* OTHER INFORMATION *

In, perhaps, a feeble attempt to prohibit the OUTRIGHT THEFT of this MAP/BSP
by DIRTY, LOW-DOWN, DOUBLE-DEALING, BACK-STABBING, LARCENOUS, PERVERTED, and
UNJUST fast-buck companies who would put this level on a CD collection and
sell it for WAY TOO FRIGGIN' MUCH without my permission (you know who I'm
talking about, don't you?), the following rambling section has been added:

* Copyright / Permissions *

Individuals of any nature, be they singular persons or ANY collection
of persons, may use this level (whole or any part) as a base to build
additional levels provided I am acknowledged in the credits of their
final product and that the use of this level (either whole or in part),
by and end-user or other level designer/author, conforms to all of these
provisions:

1) This BSP and/or MAP, and or any MAP/BSP constructed with this MAP/BSP
(whole or in part), may be distributed ONLY over the Internet and/or
BBS systems and ONLY if this ENTIRE accompanying textfile accompanies it.

2) You are NOT authorized to put this BSP or MAP (either whole or in part)
on any CD (Compact Disc), DVD (Digital Versatile Disc), or distribute
it in any way for profit or charge of ANY kind or amount, nor may you
store this MAP/BSP on ANY form of transferable, reproducible, or
recoverable storage/retrieval media (exception: personal computer hard
drive, floppy disk device, or no-charge FTP sites, such as
'ftp.cdrom.com') without my expressed prior written permission.

3) Under NO circumstances is this MAP/BSP (either whole or in part) to be
placed in ANY collection of similar maps/bsp files or on any form of
storage media (see 'exception' as detailed above in provision two (2))
for ANY reason without my expressed detailed written prior permission.

4) This MAP/BSP is a unique creation of Phil R. Hall, and you, the user, do
accept this as a true and honest statement in good faith. You also do
accept this MAP/BSP to be the sole property of Phil R. Hall (except for
the 'textures' used herein, which remain property of id Software), and is
therefore subject to all the terms and conditions of the United States
Office of Patents and Trademarks as well as the Berne Convention. This
MAP/BSP is granted all legal protection under U.S. and International
copyright law. By virtue of my release and design of this MAP/BSP, and
the granting by the author to you, the end-user, to utilize this MAP/BSP
you (the end-user) do promise not to violate intentionally any provision
of this textfile. Also, by your use of this MAP/BSP, you do accept
that this MAP/BSP shall be considered by you to be protected as a
copyrighted, patented, and trademarked product of the author
(Phil R. Hall) for all purposes public and private (exception: the
textures used herein shall at all times remain the sole property of id
Software, and thus are not protected under the name of the author.)

5) At NO time may this MAP/BSP (either whole or in part) be stored on, used,
played, or in ANY manner be utilized by a commercial Internet server
without my expressed prior written permission and/or I have recieved
monetary compensation in the event that I have signed, and accepted,
   id Software's COMMERCIAL EXPLOITATION AGREEMENT.

6) At ALL times this MAP/BSP remains the Intellectual Property of the
author (Phil R. Hall), and at NO time or through ANY means will a
transfer of ownership or rights take place. (exception: in the event,
however unlikely, that id Software should wish to utilize this MAP/BSP
in any future projects that they should undertake. At the time of this
MAP/BSP being included in an authorized id Software title, patch, release,
or product ALL ownership, titles, responsibility, and property rights
regarding this MAP/BSP shall convert to and become bestowed upon
id Software, provided that I am granted acknowledgment and credit for
this MAP/BSP in the credits of any appropriate textfile or document that
accompanies id Software's release that should contain (whole or in part)
this MAP/BSP); and I receive a monetary compensation amount in the event
that I have signed, and accepted, id Software's COMMERCIAL EXPLOITATION
   AGREEMENT.

7) All the Logos, Graphics, Executables, Programs, Textures, and any and/or

of id Software and may NOT be utilized for ANY profit or charge whatsoever
without the DIRECT EXPRESSED PRIOR WRITTEN PERMISSION of id Software and
payment of Royalties or Fees of such nature determined to be correct by
id Software (see 'Licinfo.txt' and 'Comexp.txt' on the Quake shareware
or retail distribution CD; alternatively, contact id Software directly
   if further clarification is required.)

8) Should a newer Build Version Number, or more recent release, of this
MAP/BSP become available, or a necessity, through error correction or
otherwise, the newest and most recent version of this MAP/BSP shall become
protected by all the same provisions as its predecessor MAP(s)/BSP(s) and
ownership, license, and the transfer of such ownership and licenses, shall
similarly follow those as described in this accompanying textfile. In the
event as described in provision six (6), above, should come to fruition
(regarding the appropriation by id Software), the newest version of this
MAP/BSP will be the sole responsibility of id Software to release, update,
and/or correct; and NO further versions will be forthcoming from the
original author (Phil R. Hall). This accompanying textfile, and the
restrictions and provisions carried herein, are ONLY applicable to this
particular MAP/BSP, as designated in the Build Version Number; should a
newer (more recent) release of this MAP/BSP become public, the
accomplanying textfile that it contains shall indicate any and all
restrictions and provisions specifically applicable to its use.

9) This MAP/BSP, and any MAP/BSP designed with this MAP/BSP (either whole or
in part) may ONLY be utilized for, and played with, the video game "Quake"
from id Software. At NO time may this MAP/BSP, or a similarly designed
MAP/BSP, or any MAP/BSP made from this MAP/BSP (either whole or in part)

** END OF THE RAMBLING SECTION **

* MISCULANEOUS USER INFORMATION *

By installing, decompressing, playing, and/or using this MAP/BSP, you
acknowledge and accept ALL restrictions, provisions, and requirements
as listed in this accompanying textfile in addition to other legal
regulations under federal and state law. If you don't like, or are
unwilling to accept, any part of the provisions of use contained
in this textfile do NOT use this level. None of these provisions are
negotiable. Failure to follow the provisions of this textfile in reference
to ownership rights, use, and distribution of this MAP/BSP level may result
in litigation and/or other penalties. Comments as to the design and
construction of this MAP/BSP are welcome, although I make no claims as to
when, or if, you will receive a reply. Future re-releases and/or fixed
versions, or updates, to this MAP/BSP may be released (provided I deem them
necessary); they will become available on Walnut Creek's FTP site
('ftp.cdrom.com') and will follow this "naming convention": DONUT??.ZIP,
whereas "??" represents a Build Version Number--in all cases a higher
Build Version Number is a more recent release. Get the biggest number
available. Should the Build Version Number exceed two (decimal) digits
(i.e.: greater than 99), the incremental ordinance shall follow a hexadecimal
incrementation pattern (i.e.: the decimal "255" would be replaced with "FF").
