Quake 2 timer patch v1.01    4/9/98

The main thing about q2 that I was disappointed about was that there was
no onscreen timer.  This makes speed demos, such as the Quake done Quick
project a bit difficult...

So I made this timer patch:

I put in many things that are in Quake that I thought should have been in
Quake II.  Namely, intermissions at the end of levels, so you can see the
time, kills and secrets.  There is a new cvar 'intermission' that you can
use to turn them off if you want, but they have to be on for speed demos.
I also put in two more status bars.  You can set them manually with the
cvar 'sbar', or cycle through them with the command 'nextsbar'.  An sbar
of 0 uses the normal status bar.  An sbar of 1 uses Quake's +showscores
statusbar, except the timer is to the tenth of a second.  An sbar of 2
is the normal status bar with the time being displayed in the upper right.
A status bar change is recorded in demos, unlike Quake.  And if you use
an sbar of 1, a demo will be about 3k bigger for every second than if you
weren't using it...
