HOW TO USE:

1.  Make sure to type "noexit 0" in the console so you can move to the next
    levels.  Also pick the skill like "skill 3" in the console before you
    start the game.

2.  Using the dll source, start quake2(quake2 +set game coop or your dir).

3.  One person needs to set their name to "Quake", this person will be the
    one starting at the regular "info_player_start" location.  The rest of
    the players will be starting at the deathmatch starts.  It might be a
    good idea to have the person on the server be named "Quake"
    (not case sensitive).  
4.  Start deathmatch game as usual.
    Weapons and such should carry over to the next levels.

LIMITAIONS:

1.  If someone is dead and another player exits the level, the game will end.
    Make sure everyone is still alive when you change levels.
2.  If you pick up a key, I don't think it will respawn, the other items will
    but if you have the key and die, the key is gone.  DON'T DIE WHEN YOUR
    THE ONE WITH THE KEY, until you use it, also I believe key doors can be
    opened from behind if someone is back there.
3.  I left the respawning items in, the monsters are back if you go back into
    the same area again.

This dll was tested on a lan, all the switches, levers and doors that I
saw worked, but there may be other bugs, I did not have a chance to play all
of it yet.

Tips:

1.  Hitting f1 to view the information works but one player needs to be near
    the "info_player_start" to have the game update the text on entering a
    new area.
2.  Protect the person with the key until it is used.
3.  Make sure everyone is ready to move to the next area(not dead).

1) Unzip into a Quake2 subdir named coop.
2) Run your Quake server with the command line parameter "+set game coop".
