This is a quake2 themed desktop setting for windows Microsoft Plus!
users. You must have plus installed to use all the files easily
but they can be put into a system and designated as certain
system enhancements...sure.

Just unzip it into your Plus!/themes folder.

There are a couple quake type fonts included that you will have to
manually enter into your fonts if you want and a set of really
cool animated startupp and shutdown screens.

They were created by someone else and not me I'm just passin 'em on.
They do havve the original readme's in this zippped archive so that 
should do.
