Put all the files in your quake2/baseq2/maps directory (create if neccessary)
and at the console type "map wait". 

Mission Objective: 

You are aboard a Prison Ship awaiting execution.Your mission is to escape
the Prison ship, gain a Security Pass from the Execution Facility and steal
a Strogg Ship docked in a Hangar Installation. All this in time for
lunch.
