  Rotfish counted twice
  Killing Shub-niggurath not counted as a kill
  Monsters appearing as statues
  Just a minor typo in misc_fireball
  Teleporting onto an invincible player
  Player kills sometimes reported incorrectly
  Discharging into the water/slime/lava reports
