However, I still want to stay in I3D and keep it as my main base of operations because... it's Inside3D. We're our own little nitch that likes to do things our own way. We have our own culture, hence the colors.
I imagine we'd be a bit closer to the Q2 community if we shared a forum location, but then again we don't want to abolish Inside3d and hunt its remaining members to extinction for not transferring over. I like our home.

I still visit the Quakesrc board occasionally. Problem is I'm not terribly interested in engine coding. I like to use the engine features, and I could probably continue for years to come happily not knowing how those features work, only that they work. Perhaps if there was an active qc community there like there is here I'd visit several times a day like I do I3D.
But I don't want to forcibly evict the people here from their home and ship them to Quakesrc to make that happen. Maybe if we put it up for a vote...

I do think I'll start visiting the Q2 modding board more as the QExpo approaches, however.
