i don't have any q2inq1 thing. kryten's q2weaps is the closest to such to ever exist

though one could take q2/q3's gpl code and quakec'ize it, make a mod depending on actual paks from q2/q3 without converting anything. imagine, some dp mod that makes quake into some mega q1/q2/q3 hybrid game. only data ships is a binary .dat file so no legal trouble there
