Doh! I accidentally bumped into Dreads forum here at RuneQuake.com. Since there was no announcement for this, I decided to pin it up here in the Pub. Look up at the top and click the "Usergroups" link and you will find it or click here.

The forum was made public a day or two ago so joining the usergroup is no longer necessary.

The announcement was made here:

I also added a link on the main page under "Hosted Sites" that has the Eternal Dread URL.
