Basic Config which includes a switch from old grens to new grens alias (depending on what the server has set).

This scout config has a few cool features:
- Scanning System - choose your range
- Enemy & Friend scanning system
- Sensitivity, Fov and Weapons setup

- Status bar to detect enemies
- Scan100 by default
- Alias for ramps jump
- Discard aliases
- Offence communication binds
- Gfx.wad for communication binds
