TF/TFC Classes
Quake Teamfortress and Team Fortress Classic for HalfLife are fundamentally the same game on different platforms, and at the heart of these games are the principles of Teamwork, strategy amd tactics. The tactics that any individual player employs in a game will be determined by many things, but primarily his Class.
QTF/TFC has 9 Classes - 9 unique characters all with special abilities and uses. Players tend to quickly find a Class that suits them best and spend most of their game-time afterwards as that character. This was the genesis of TF Guilds - group of players who all shared the same love of a particular class.
Below you can find a detailed summary and graphics of each Class in both QTF and TFC. On these pages you will also find links to the GC Guild for that particular Class. Visit and join these Guilds as you wil learn a lot more about your chosen Class and will have the opportunity to participate in training events and matches with your new Guild. No tyrouts are necessary for these Guilds.
