GC-Server Open! -NodsThat's right you heard right! Guild Central are proud to annouce that we have our first tfc server up and running. The server will be active Friday-Monday from 6pm-8pm EST until the end of the month when we will have a dedicated server from Netgames UK. All TFC Guilds are welcome to use this server, and to book it for a match or training session simply drop us a line at: [email protected] and we will sort you out.
I'd like to welcome four more Guilds onto our GC Guildlist which now numbers no less than 45 Guilds! They are Metallic Knights(Engineer), The Order of the Blue Shield Initiative(All Classes), Medics on Patrol(Medic!) and Flash(medic/scout). Go and look at their details now!
That's right, you heard it first here! OSA, the only Elite TF Pyro Guild has now officially opened it's website doors to the community from our own Guild Central hosting service. At long last Guild Central is set to have it's own dedicated servers for training matches and Guild league action! I would like to thank NetGames UK for donating our first server. I also hear from GC-Pyro that they may very well have laid their hands on a server for themselves. Expect events to begin coming thick and fast!

I am very pleased to announce that in the near future Guild Central will have it's very own exclusive maps for training events, etc. We are very happy to give Map Makers the commission as the Official Guild Central Map Suppliers and knowing the quality of their work, you can all look forward to great things!
Good news! The GC Map Archive put together by TheBeast is now up and running with even more maps for BOTH TF and TFC!!! We are confidant we have more maps available than any other map archive and would like to thank Fileplanet for helping us offer this great new service!
A SAD FAREWELL -Nods
I'm sorry to have to announce that our hard working Soldier leader Deathwind has had to retire... the cause: too much work! He has done wonders with GC-Soldier and will be sorely missed by GC. Stepping upto to the vacated leader position is Stilgar who has been Deathwind's trusty deputy for ages now and we wish him the best of luck.

SNIPER GUILDS MERGE -Nods
Well the big news this week is the Merge of two well established Sniper Guilds - Target and Autofire. They have combined their memberships and talents to form one super-sniper-sensation now known as 'Amauroais'
Will they ever stop coming? We hope not - a warm welcome to Steel Maelstrom, Taim and Sp33d who are the latest Guilds to apply to the GC Guildlist. We have recieved applications from a number of clans already, and would like to say 'Please Don't!' The Guildlist is a service catering Exclusively for Guilds. I thing, although I can't be sure, that's why I called it a 'Guildlist' instead of a clanlist...!! Still unclear?? Questions on a postcard to.....

Another day, another Guild hosted on Guild Central... This time it is [CCCP] which caters for all classes except our fiery friend the Pyro. The Guild is run very expertly and you can join almost as easily as our resident GC-Guilds as it is basically General-Entry. So, have a look at the website and start joining up!
GC-ENGINEER AND PYRO KICKED OFF -Nods
Our own Guilds for Engineer and Pyro have started to function now with the new design etc. GC-Pyro has brand new staff, and GC-Engineer is being run under the steadfast direction of -=TheBeast=- Get over there and join up now.
Well doing this job has its perks, and one of them is that on some rare occasions somebody does something really nice for you or bestows some great honor. GC is starting a new project that will revolutionise the way TF maps are used and produced!! The project, unimaginatively called 'InfoMap', is essentially a TF/TFC Map played as single player or multiplayer on a server that doubles as a website!!
Well what a huge couple of days!! GC has completely exceeded all my expectations and flown off - my mail box is flooded!! Thanks to all the support you Guilders have given us and we will as always ensure you get the same quality in return!
