Reds base
The center wall which divides the area between the two bases. One middle point capture point is at the top of the wall for each team.
Blue's Base. There is two doorways which allow access into each base. On the close up you will notice that there is three balconies. The top balcony is the second capture point on the map.
Blue's Spawn / Ammo room
The corridor outside blue's spawn room. An engineer heads out to setup his team's defences.
Blue's spiral ramp room leads up to the first floor. The same level as the flag.
Blue's Flag room
A blue Heavy Weapons Guy assults the red base.
Red's ramp room which leads up to red's flag
The top of the ramp room is a good place to place an autosentry.

" PLAY INFORMATION:

This is a straight forward Capture the Flag map. There are no elevators, and no ladders. There are no secrets.

The respawn room doors don't open for a few seconds to give people time to join. After that, there are barriers over the exits to the bases that will fall after some time.. This should give engineers and defenders a few seconds to start getting set up. These barriers, however CAN BE DESTROYED EARLY! It takes a hell of a lot of firepower to do it, so a team that concentrates on a single barrier has a good chance to get a jump on a less organized team. There is a sixty second countdown before they fall.

SCORING:

There are two capture points per team. Each has different risks and rewards:

CENTER WALL
TEAM GETS: 3 points and a small health and armor bonus PLAYER GETS: 1 frag.

BALCONY
TEAM GETS: 2 points. NO health or armor bonus. PLAYER GETS: 6 frags. FULL health, armor, and ammo.

SIZING OPTIONS:

This map comes with three play options which can be changed with the TF Map Manager. Grab the Map Manager from here:

It's very small and allows you to customize maps to your server.

The options are:
1. SMALL SIZE. This is the default setting. The map is made smaller. It is optimized for public play or small clan matches.
2. LARGE SIZE. This option will increase the number of access routes on the first floor of each base. It is optimized for full Clan battles.
3. HELL WALLS VARIATION. This option sets it so the barriers DO NOT FALL for over 20 minutes. You have to destroy them to get past them. It shifts the map into a tactical defensive battle. "



Red's Flag room. Engineers note there is plenty of places to place autosentries.


Inside the wall, steps lead up to the top to give access to the mid point cap point which gives the highest team score.

Installation
Unzip and place the (mapname).BSP and (mapname).txt files into your C:\Sierra\HalfLife\Tfc\Maps directory. Create the maps subdirectory within C:\Sierra\HalfLife\Tfc if required.
