I've been out of the loop for a while, hanging more on ICQ than updating! Anyway, there is a new config up from DrCrypt on the files page. In other news, it seems that the rumour I spread a few months back is coming true, there will be female classes in TF. For those of you who don't know, that kicks ass! Woo Hoo!

In related news, I have posted a wonderful thing up on the files page. it's my TFC config! Some thought it would never be made. Well.. I did it! It is just a simple port of my TF config, though it is a bit less unwieldy. One button skin changes in TFC!! Spies Rejoice!

All of you who remember the original Spy Academy should remember my guild list, Where once a week or so, I'd email out the newest hints tips, stories and what-not. Well, times changed, and I couldn't keep that going. However, with these new Active Lists on ICQ, I can once again try to work a mailing list! The List number is 49126781. TF2 Spy News!

I have been so damn busy I nearly missed this little newsworthy item:

Spies have a new garrote skill, this has 2 benefits over the back stabbing of TFC, 1) If you garrote an enemy and no other enemies are around to see you, you do not lose your disguise. (I wonder if this counts for sentry guns too? There are going to be a lot of paranoid lone engineers out there if garroting an eng does not wake up his sg :-) ) 2) If you garrote an enemy you automatically become disguised as them.. steal his uniform if you will .. Damn, spies are going to be fun

What does this mean, you ask? It means that Spies are going to kick some _booty_ in TF2. Who needs a knife when you can just strangle them from behind? Yehaa!! And an auto-disguise? Sweet!

In other news, I have a TF2 section in the works. Don't think that the Spy Academy will be left behind when TF2 rolls along! We _will be_ the #1 Spy site until GameSpy Inc. gives me a job as resident Physics PhD with a phatty salary. And when that happens, we'll have PlanetSpyAcademy!!
