Well it all started about 6 years ago.. I got my first computer... it was a Packard Bell DX2/66. I didn't think much of it at first, but then one day I got a letter in the mail, it was an advertisement for Deathmatch '95. I had Doom, but I had no idea what it was going to be like. Doom and Doom2 very quickly became important to me. I played just about every day when I would get home from school. These 2 games changed my life forever. These 2 games had more of an impact on me than Quake ever will. I didn't get to play in these tournaments but I kept up with every Houston match there was. Oh well.. enough of this..

I didn't like quake at first... there were 2 reasons I didn't like it.  One.. it was too slow compared to Doom2. Second... there was no music which I had grown accustomed to. When I first played Quake over the internet it was unplayable for me.. i had a 33.6 modem and was trying to play on MPlayer. I gave up quake for about 2 months... but then one  day one my friends said he found a cool modification for quake called Team Fortress.. he explained it to me and I thought it sounded really cool. I tried it out, it wasn't what I expected at first.. but I soon found myself playing it every day also.. I would play on quakeworld servers because it seemed a hell of a lot better than MPlayer. From time to time I saw guys with tags on their names.. i didn't think much of it at first but then when a lot more people started using them, I asked what they were. The thought of a clan was pretty cool to me.. so me and a friend started a clan called Wicked Klownz. One day I was on a server and there were two players named Skintech2[AA]and [APr]Egone.. he was playing soldier and I  sat in awe at his massive skills. It was at that point that I was DETERMINED to be as good as Egone and to be in a top clan. About 6 months went by and WK was a little better.. but wasn't at the place that I wanted them to be.. WK got kicked out of the new founded league LoC for being vulgar in games, and soon after disbanded.

I was now clanless. I played a lot on [APr]s Sorrow TF server and a lot on DrSmooth's AutoAim server. I tried as hard as I could to be the best I could be. One day one of my friends told me Skintech2[AA] and Nontech2[AA] were 1 on 1 'ing.. I went to spec and saw ST beating NT 10 to 0 on 2fort4r. After that ST was 1 on 1 'ing a few other people and then someone named -BooB- came onto the server saying that he could beat ST, I said "I really doubt that." Soon after that this -BooB- character challenged me.. I said why not.. I'll give it a shot.. So we played and I had defeated -BooB- about 5-3, I said GG and was about to leave the server when he said "wait" and he exceed his name script and his named changed to Nontech2[AA], I was amazed and very excited, he then said "Now i can recommend you to ST for 2[AA]" and I was like "that would be very cool".. about 2 days later 2[AA] disbanded. This was a sad point for me because I was so close to getting into the clan I wanted to be in for 5 months.

I heard Skintech was forming a 6 man clan called Oddity.. this clan consisted of 5 people so far.. Skintech, Foolio, Darkshade, Skeltor, and Zuko.. they were looking for the 6th man. I felt that this was my chance to play quake with my idols.. so I took a shot and I got in. the 6 on 6's were very fun. Foolio and I had been talking about starting a soldier guild, at first we made one.. but then Skintech said that he was going to make one instead.. so we joined ST's "Paragon". Paragon consisted of about 10 soldiers when it first started out.. these 10 soldiers were.. Skintech, Foolio, Zuko, Darkshade, Sinister, Algorithm, Baowuf, Crimsondawn, Lawkjaw, Egone, and Lanfear.. This is just off the top of my head so I might be wrong. We missed match 10 vs 10 and 12 vs 12 play. There was some discussion about merging with OSKI, I had heard very good things about OSKI so I was excited. We later merged with OSKI.

OSKI - From what I had gathered during the first few weeks in OSKI, OSKI was a clan with a lot of skill.. but with great internal problems.. the internal problems outdid the great skill and I soon found myself getting into arguments with a few players over very little things.. I wasn't happy, and neither were the other Oddity guys. Tsao later came to me with a proposition about the Oddity guys joining a new founded clan broken off of IC, he named off a few of the players that were supposedly going to be in this new clan and it looked VERY good.. I thought it was a great idea.. so I talked to Skintech and he said, sounds cool I'll see what the other guys think.. From what I know it had been a long time dream of Skintech and Foolio to join GT, GT had agreed to let the Oddity guys join. The guys in GT were some of the coolest guys i had ever met on the internet. GT was  also overflowing with 40+ members at the time < if my memory serves me correctly >. I had some personal problems at home and was going to retire from GT and TF because of playing time issues and the personal problems.. About 2 days after I had retired, Dred and Inigo asked me to join IC.. I had still been hanging around on IRC and the IC people had been my idols about as much as 2[AA] and APr were.. so said.. what the hell, ill go for it.. I was actually pretty lucky to get into IC because my skills weren't all up to par at that point.

It was in IC that I learned from Meathook, Navy, and Inigo how to soldier. I played about 30 matches with IC when we wanted something new.. Meathook was talking to sunblade about merging with DV.. but it turns out that the only DV in the newly founded AM would be SunBlade, SunBlade would also assume the role as AM's leader. AM's current record is 36 wins and 5 losses, my greatest and most enjoyable times in a clan have been with AM and IC, the people that I have met are unlike any others, they are all unique and hilarious as hell. I would do anything for my friends in AM.

I am currently a starting soldier for AM even though I play all classes, and a leader of Paragon, along with d3f-baowuf.

I would like to send a shout-out to all my AM brothers for being there for me and supporting me and believing in me. In particular Cabal and Hate whom i have grown close to over the months I have been in IC and AM. I would also like to send a shout out to Tipster who is probably my closest friend, for being a great friend.
