When you're concussed the screen sways crazily in all directions making it near impossible to shoot straight. A soldier will find it extremely hard to hit anything at any sort of distance with their RPG, but the cannier ones will shoot at the ground to cause splash damage. All classes will find it impossible to hit targets that are further away. It can be very annoying to be concussed at not be able to hit a scout fleeing with your flag. Well, you'll be ready next time eh? It is also hard to run straight while suffering from this. Is can be done though with practise - a lot of medics that spend half their lives (no pun intended :-) concussed due to conc jumping are very good at running straight while concussed and will find the effects pretty irrelevent.
