If used correctly this is a powerful weapon. Aim for the body against slower moving classes like the Soldier or HWGuy and you'll put them down pretty quickly.
However, it is hard to hit faster classes so even though one or two shots will be enough you're unlikely to hit them twice unless they're trapped or you're good.
A better tactic is to predict where they'll be and fire a spread that'll take them out completely. If you're chasing a fast class like a scout and they have got
a reasonable distance ahead then you're pretty well stuffed as the chances of your grenades catching them and exploding on time are pretty low.
A good point about this weapon is that the grenades bounce around pretty unpredictably, if you you fire a spread they can be very hard to avoid, even for fast classes.
