Once again it's time for my montly installment of endless babble. Life on GSI's webservers have been rough as of late. Last check they were still having some problems here and there but they have managed to chance down a good majority of the problems. But what do I know? I'm not techsupport. If you are an observant person you will notice that our counter has automagically jumped over 6000 hits. Really we are just that cool and everyone wanted to come see our site. Actually I had techsupport reset the counters to about where they were before this shit all went down. I guessed and it should be a good guess. But if it's not no big deal, if anything it's an underestimate. Among the many reasons I haven't been updating, the web server mess has been one of them. Of course there is your general laziness. Or then there's the I was going to be now it's damn late and I have to go to bed cause I have classes in the morning. Of course that's today too but I'm going to bed here real soon. Just thought I would let you all know we haven't just dried up and died like a lot of sites around PF. I also have something to tease you with. The promise of something ALL new coming soon!! Along with that will come some teaser screenshots of Akula's latest incarnation. Things, as has been the case forever lately, are still progressing in the background, just rather slowly. I don't know what to tell you really though. I hate not updating the site but I hate it even more updating it with nothing. Much like this update has been. At least I come with the promise of something new for you to see soon. Maybe that will hold your curiousity for a few days. I'm not even entirely sure when I am going to be able to get to finishing it. Seems the next few days are rather planned out for me with little free time to invest in actual 'work'. BAH! I dunno I rarely see Akula and VorTeX much anymore. That's just cause I'm not online 24/7 in recent times so I'm not here the one time every 2 or 3 days they pop around. SCarton has well sunk back into the depths of total worthlessness. I don't think I really want to go there. Anyways time for bed for me once again. Another day, more work.

I don't know what crazy shit you've seen come across here in the past few days but I finally think it's settled down for now. The most recent update kept flipping around between last months and the first update this month. Of course neither were the most recent. I have no clue what precisely was causing that crazy shit. Something to do with GSI's new toy was screwed so they had to do a quick bail and reset up the old. But from what we've been told things are working much better now and they are slowly moving over things slowly this time to the new hardware. I like this little bit I just checked on. The counters are all screwed and we have to e-mail tech support and tell them what we want them set to. Cute eh? Like I keep exact track of the counters, especially since we use a few different ones. Ah well shit happens I guess. I'll have to pull a guess out of my ass. So hopefully things won't go all balastic like around here again anytime soon. In the greatness news ever! I start classes again tomorrow morning, starting it all off right with Calculus II. I love school I really do. ( <-- sarcasm so thick you can spread it around) Man I really don't want to go to class for some reason. I've enjoyed not having to be anywhere for the past almost month now. Plus I'm feeling like a freelance programmer suddenly. My prof who I used to work for (used to as in don't now cause his grant money ran out which means my job ran out of pay) e-mailed me an offer for a job yesterday. I have a week to bust out this mad ass program. Woo! Means until I get it done I won't be doing a damn other thing. If I get this done fast enough I'll probably get more jobs from time to time but if I don't finish it on time there ends that little deal. So that means all my work is haulted until I get a good jump on this program or finish it. Whichever I decide to go with. Most likely finish it asap so it's done and out of the way. Damn I did have something else to post? Anyone have a fucking clue what it was? As I sure as hell don't now. I think it's time for bed. Yea this is early as hell for me but I'm going to attempt to get used to sleeping a more normal schedule with having morning classes 5 days a week this semester. BAH!! Someone post some news already ok? Geez!

There has been all kind of silliness going on here at GSI and all hosted sites. Basically it goes like this. The old servers were raped by a wild pack of goats. Being the quick thinkers they are, the gamespy technitions had to act quick and they replaced it with a Yugo. As I get a ton of WTF are you talking stares from everyone. It makes a TON more sense (the yugo part at least) if you've been getting the e-mails about the upgrading progress all weekend from GameSpy. Of course since I'm the one hosted by PF and you aren't you won't get that joke. Though you can get at least a hint if you go over to the PF main page and read The Hal's update on the new heating system, er server. Anyways I have some NEWS!!!!!! SCarton is alive. VorTeX is alive. Akula is alive. Me I'm dying but that's a different story for another day. So lets just run down the line. SCarton is actually doing work! Yea that's what I said too. He's working on something super slick which I hope to have done SOON. VorTeX originally started it but we ripped it from his lazy ass hands and well, got nothing. So we started over. SCarton and I also have something else huge in mind which is going to be a little longer before that debuts. And back to VorTeX again. As stated last month he's discovered woman. Once he realizes that they aren't all what they are cracked up to be he'll return to normal life. Of course in his utter bliss it's going to take him a bit longer then most. Expect to see him, some day. Then we get to the ever popular Akula. Everyone's new favorite map maker, except some putz Nemo over at the Top 10 league deal. I'd give you a link but I'm too lazy to check what it is for sure. That aside Akula has 100% officially returned. What does this mean for you? Mapping greatness...once his newest incarnation of lunacy is completed. What he has in mind is going to be rather interesting to see in action. Already the map sections that are being worked on are shaping up to be as utterly amazing as Cydonia is. Which I guess brings everyone up to par but me. As I said I'm dying. Actually I'm teasing to an extent. To devulge a bit of my personal life (like when do I ever do that? <-- sarcasm) I've 'developed' a 'serious illness'. Don't ask I'm not going to explain much further than that really. It's nothing life threatening so you don't have to worry about making arrangements to miss me just yet. I'm not going anywhere. My point is that I'm going to try to sneak more into the background of life in general for a bit while I hopefully get better. Of course I'm sure life won't allow this but I'll be damned if I don't try to do it just the same. But I do have something for all of you! I'm offcially annoncing as of right now Dethwell2 is in the works. I've been pondering this for a couple of days now and I finally decided 100% for sure that I'm going to do it this evening. I even started working on it too. In the couple of hours of time I've put into it I've managed to improve a few things 20x's over. I'm doing it by section and I plan on having this part I'm working on done sometime tomorrow when I get the time to work on it. The basic premise is to improve the already great gameplay of Dethwell (I'm quoting many others and not being full of myself) and add a a bit more visual flair to it. So pending life and a slew of other problems and projects I should be releasing that in the next month or so. Hell I need time to test the new stuff you realize. Now I think I'm going to bed, yea that sounds like a plan. Don't you agree?

We are all already D E A D! This is just a dream world of denial we are 'living' in now. It was created by your mind when the world imploded on January 1st 2000 and your mind went into a sudden state of shock. You should have listened to me before it was too late. You should have sacrificed all the sheep of the world to the Y2K god like I said! It's a well known fact he likes to *uNF* the sheep. What do you mean you didn't know that? Where the hell you been for the past year during all this hype of the Y2K? Didn't you realize they were telling the truth all along? Yea the government AND the news media were actually telling the truth. Hard to believe isn't it? Right up until the very end about 66% of you said it was all hype. Well how stupid you feel now? And the remaining portition that spent all that money on stocking up on food and other items. Don't you feel dumb too? How is having hoarded all that going to help you now that your dead? It's not! So why do I tell you all of this now? I have been able to move my mind up to a higher plane of existence. It has allowed me to see the truths about the end. I urge all of you to do the same rather then continue on with your meager existence of your own imprisionment and so-called life. Free your mind!
