Real Life I live just outside of Toronto, Canada in a small town called Ajax. I live with my wife Yvonne and we have a two year old son named Hayden. I work in the trade show industry specifically doing project management. That involves the design, construction, shipping and installation of a display anywhere in the world. In fact our company specializes in international trade shows. My job involves quite a bit of traveling which I enjoy. The most remarkable place I have visited was Beijing in China. Working in China was a very unique experience but also very enjoyable. Standing on the Great Wall I think is the most remarkable site I think I will ever see. Well...the birth of my son was a real eye opener as well come to think of it. Oh yes, I almost forgot, I am 31 years old.

Best Work I would consider Quake Combat School my best work. I still enjoy loading it up from time to time and seeing how fast I can get through it. I can tell right away if I have become a lazy player if my kills and timing are slower then my usual times...it really is like a combat school, a few times through the course can definitely make me play better afterwards.

Inspiration I usually strive for something different and unique for the player. My level needs to be different and have elements in it that have never been tried before. As for inspiration, I think that comes in all sorts of different forms. For instance the concept for Elsinore came from a conversation about Shakespeare's Othello I had with a very good friend. The fiend hall flags in Elsinore were inspired by an old Unreal screenshot. The Ancient Aqueduct was inspired by the pipes prefab set. The upside down room in the Secret Society was inspired by a six pack. Playing around with ideas on a piece of paper is very helpful in laying out interconnections between rooms. I find inspiration in all sorts of places.
