Forum member and mapper/modder Sock has been hard at work with some other members of the Quake community on a new mod for Quake called Arcane Dimenions. This mod is a promising looking new stand alone expansion that will include all kinds of great things like new maps, breakable environments, new AI and brand new monsters!
Speaking of brand new monsters, Sock has put up a video of his newest monster in action: The Minotaur!
While we wait for what looks to be an amazing Quake experience, I recommend you go check out another mod that Sock worked on called In The Shadows to get an idea of what we're all in for when Arcane Dimensions releases!
