Red Slammer is a top-notch single player release by Negke (thread) featuring countless single player innovations without requiring QuakeC modification or a custom engine. The map source is available.

Negke's past works have included Skinny Norris, the secret map in Travail, and the TransloQuake map Lunar Outpost and did much work for the Quaddicted Single Player Archive.
