Whats "Quake Cards v0.97"

I was looking at a few sites and I ran across what looks like a display from a
Quake Game Program called "Quake Cards".
Look here: Quake Cards v0.97 Display I am used to going by a Game Final Stats Per Round or whatever. This looks like there is a "app for that"? One that records the finer details as well. Being it had a v0.97 indicates software.

I found something called KOTS
Quake 2 KOTS v5.2 DLL with Site Generator (I know its Q2) So, my MAIN question is- what "Stat Generator" is popular and also what others names do they go by and where to download some?

I think this would be fun to put Fanq1 to shame again with recorded stats.
I mean he's ONLY a Canadian. Also will these work with ANY engine?

I never heard of it, but after reading a bit... maybe it's a turn based card game with Quake stuff?
