  • How to install custom models.

Sorry for the hopefully redundant question. But Google and searching these forums hasn't turned up anything useful.

I'm trying to install some custom models. I have an .mdl file and a .pak file. And I'm clueless as to where to put either of them.

I'm using the lastest version of JoeQuake.

If they are replacements of normal quake models then you put them in :

[exchange : quake/ with whatever engine your using)

quake/id1/progs - you might need to create the progs folder

      .Pak files go in :

      quake/id1

      Hope this helps.
