For Quakeworld I still use the FuhQuake engine..I love its stability and its ease of configuration. I tried to give ezQuake a go, but it has stutter problems for me and for some reason my framerates drop kinda low(even though I have a good high gaming system and I went as far as turning coronas off). I noticed how much ezQuake is alike to FuhQuake and one feature I wish FuhQuake would have that ezQuake has is the skygroup command. this makes of fun selecting which skyboxes I would want for each map I love playing without having to do the not so exciting loadsky command. I was just wondering if there was a simple way to modify the code so that it can work or if theres an alternative. because I noticed both FuhQuake and ezQuake have that mapgroup command which works similar to the skygroup one.

FuhQuake is very clean and stable. Although you could search thru the EZQuake source for the skygroup command and see how it is implemented (I don't see how it could it really be that difficult), compiling it really the more difficult thing.
The FuhQuake source would need to be found from somewhere (probably not too hard) because fuhquake.net isn't around anymore. I thought I had seen it on Quaddicted, but it looks like Quaddicted.com is having troubles right now.Quakeone.com - Being exactly one-half good and one-half evil has advantages. When a portal opens to the antimatter universe, my opposite is just me with a goatee.
So while you guys all have to fight your anti-matter counterparts, me and my evil twin will be drinking a beer laughing at you guys ...
