Help! Connection problem with ClanArenaX servers!

I am having trouble connecting to ClanArenaX servers although other servers are working fine. I have the latest Proquake client and the right maps; I think. Anyway, I get connected to the server for a second and then it just disconnects me and I get the "send" or "don't send" error message from Microsoft. Please help me.

if ur running mcafee make sure ur allowing quake access to the inet and after u do that type "connect rage.quakeone.com"(no quotes) in the quake pull down menu(~)

I can connect and see everybody on the server. It just disconnects after a few seconds. I am not running any virus protection or firewalls when I do this. Also, I can connect to any server that is not a ClanArenaX server. It is just those like rage or Dredd that I am having trouble with. Unfortunately, that is where everyone plays. Thanks.

trying useing qrack and connect i havent had a problem with thos servers with qrack
