I can't compile fteqw at all with Cygwin

Whenever I try to compile fteqw with Cygwin I get these errors:

His name is Spoike and he told me that I should use "make makelibs" command to create and build all the missing libraries that the "make" commands needs to create and build "fteqw64.exe".
