  • GLPro running way to fast?

The other day I opened up Quake to kill some monsters, and out of the blue, its going way to fast. Like, unplayable fast. GL Qrack runs fine, but in order for GLPro to run properly I have to set the affinity to 1 cpu instead of 2 (I recently upgraded to a dual core)

even if I set maxfps to 10,its still going nuts on me.

Any ideas on how to permanently solve this problem?

If you can confirm you have this problem in FitzQuake as well, but can also confirm you don't have this problem in DarkPlaces, I think I know what it is in the engine code and can fix it.

(ProQuake and FitzQuake read the system clock differently than Qrack/DarkPlaces. If this can be confirmed, I can change this so ProQuake uses the method in Qrack/DarkPlaces.)
Quakeone.com - Being exactly one-half good and one-half evil has advantages. When a portal opens to the antimatter universe, my opposite is just me with a goatee.

So while you guys all have to fight your anti-matter counterparts, me and my evil twin will be drinking a beer laughing at you guys ...

Before testing these solutions,I updated my drivers for my vid card and am now using the omega drivers, which solved the problem.

Sorry,I updated as soon as I posted this.
