Setting mouse to look up and down

Does anybody know how to set the mouse up so when you want to look up you just push the mouse forward and to look down you just pull the mouse back? I u sed to play about 10 years ago and havent played for awhile, I belive that is the way we had it set up back then.

make a file called autoexec.cfg in your id1 folder. type +mlook in that file, and you won't have to type it everytime you start quake.

You can also adjust your mouse sensitivity by picking a location and referrence point and doing a complete 180 degree spin with your wrist and setting the sensitivity in console - reached by hitting ~ tilde key - type sensitivity #-being the desired number - higher or lower until it feels comfortable for you. This will help your aim and movement - not mentioning skill gain and ease of play - tremendously.

I play with my arm and not my wrist - personal preference, but more skill intensive and requires 10x the alertness of wrist playing
