Im running proquake on OSX, and whenever I try to connect to a server it says I don't have the map. I downloaded the maps but I have no idea where to put them. Can anyone help me out?

Oh and I realize I wrote "macs" where i meant to type "Maps on mac"

    Thanks

Sounds like you have shareware Quake and not registered Quake. You need registered Quake to play custom maps and anything except the E1Mx maps (+start).
