Qrack plays too fast!! HELP

Well, I told my brother about Qrack and he decided to give it a whirl....

Turns out, it plays wayyyyyyyyyyyy too fast....

Like, 200% speed.

Is there a setting or command to fix this? Is this a common issue?

His comp specs -

WinXP
A64 3500+
1gig ddr2
7600gs

Check the sv_maxspeed in console ,set it to 320.

Did you change host_framerate? (Don't!!)
