Is there any way to bind a key to jump to the next map in a directory (or possibly a random map)?

How about deathmatch playing through a fixed number of maps in a fixed order?

Binding a key to the next map in a folder isn't possible.

As far as maps go, JoeQuake and Qrack have a map menu and makes that pretty convenient.

      Hi Baker,

Is this very useful feature likely to appear in PQ?

      Kind regards

I've thought about it. Maybe in the form of a maps or demos command.

Definitely not built into the menu, that would require replacement graphics like the Joequake pak0.pak

          I haven't decided.

When you have the time/inclination, this and a server browser / list (assuming you haven't included that thus far as, although I could have missed it, it doesn't seem to be in my version 3.99) would be two much appreciated options IMVHO. It might also make it much easier for new people coming in to the game who may not know the commands to select alternative custom maps or where to go to get them from/check which ones they have, or how to to find and connect to a game online.
Alternatively does your proquake launcher add-on allow for this kind of functionality?

Anyway, keep up the good work

            Kind regards

Oh, sorry. Snark is another word for sarcasm. My sarcasm meter must be overloading.

Np. Sorry if it came over that way as that's the last thing I intended. It was a genuine interest in whether these features, which I found very convenient useful in Qrack, would appear in another of my favourite engines (PQ) and if so in what form.

Big respect to the Bakerman :d

                Kind regards
