So now that i have your attention, I was just wondering why I cant get some skins to work in quake. I found some old school qw skins and when i try to throw them on the player mdl pic, they come out in wierd colors and such. I tried fixing the dimensions of the pic but still no luck. They are in PCX format, and I need to switch over to bmp, I think thats where the problem is but I have no idea. If anyone can help that would be great.

I assume you are using QME.Quakeone.com - Being exactly one-half good and one-half evil has advantages. When a portal opens to the antimatter universe, my opposite is just me with a goatee.
