Are There Any Bots for MAC-QUAKE??

I hope someone can help, I switched to MAC and picked up MAc Quake are there any bots available for it? I would love to have some AI players to practice on.

I got your PM.
Most often bots come in the form of a progs.dat file. Place this in a folder inside your quake directory. Just drop this folder onto the quake icon of your choice and BAM! You start a new multiplayer game and use the impulse/command to add bots and your good to go.

Bots are kind of annoying to play though. =\
Especially if they jump in the water.
