Any hi-res vore/shalrath skins?

I've been using the Yellow monster skins pack and all the skins look pretty good. But the vore skin seems rather bland. There's more detail in the face, but the rest of it is pretty plain and it's missing the blood stains that the original id1 skin had.

Are there any good high res vore skins around that are close to the original?

My engine of choice is DirectQ btw.
