  • Darkplaces mod OS X Help (noob here)

I saw this great mod video, just wondering if you can get this to work on a Mac OS X version of Quake (using the the fruits of dojo thingy to get it the PC version running on OS X).

    This is the video:

    [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ATFAnZOO3G4]YouTube - Quake 1 High Resolution using Darkplaces[/ame]

Here's the specs of the Macbook, just in case there are performance issues:
    Hardware Overview:

    Model Name: MacBook
    Model Identifier: MacBook2,1
Processor Name: Intel Core 2 Duo
    Processor Speed: 2 GHz
    Number Of Processors: 1
    Total Number Of Cores: 2
L2 Cache (per processor): 4 MB
    Memory: 1 GB
    Bus Speed: 667 MHz
    Boot ROM Version: MB21.00A5.B07
    SMC Version: 1.13f3
    Serial Number: 4H65047XWGL
    Sudden Motion Sensor:
    State: Enabled

    Any help would be great.

Darkplaces runs on OSX, so you could use exactly what is in the video.

Quakeone.com - Being exactly one-half good and one-half evil has advantages. When a portal opens to the antimatter universe, my opposite is just me with a goatee.

So while you guys all have to fight your anti-matter counterparts, me and my evil twin will be drinking a beer laughing at you guys ...

Thanks. Just started off by running the DarkPlaces mod. Haven't downloaded the big 3 gig texture pack yet, but I'll get around to it.

Thanks for the reply, btw, Quake 1 is looking better already.
