aiming, firing and crosshair setup?

Hi guys, Eze here, I have a little problem. My crosshair is a little misplace in comparison of the crosshair, the problem is, the shot is like a few pixels to the down right. Now what is better? moving the crosshair to match the shot? or moving the shot to match the crosshair?I don't know if this is possible trough console command or do I have to dunno modify the source code? (Not gonna happen since I know little to nothing about programing)

cl_crossx and cl_crossy command in console will allow you to tune it in

however on long range it will always be a lil off..
