Need alias bind and config help

Bought Quake again (off Steam) after losing my disc a few years ago.

Now I gotta get all back up to speed with my ctf/rq hook binds and its been so long I cant remember how to do the aliases. I got 3wave paks in a ctf folder in quake like so steamapps\common\quake\ctf\ at which point its got two folders, 3wtf301 and 3wctfc40 or somesuch.

Can someone get me up to speed again real quick on binding my right mouse button to hook for RQ etc?

+hook won't work in CTF, you need some impulse... I don't remember what it is. All it does is switch to the hook anyway, it doesn't fire it for you like in RQ... I find it massively useless for that reason.

I use impulse 22
It does not work at shmack RQ
