Quake map lights on EZ Quake (MAC)

Hi guys, quick question... I'm playing Quake using EZ Quake + PRO Quake and also I installed the latest pack of texture from QRP website, but I could find how other people customize the lights on Quake (check the attached picture). Where I can change the config, or EZ Quake parameters to update those lights? any other good improvement regarding the lights on Quake?

Enhancements:
- fog
- some particle effects in lava
- bloom tweaked
- texture resolution maxed out
- anisotropic x16
