  • Getting deathmatch 3 working with Frikbots

    I tried the fix to get deathmatch 3 working in NetQuake, compiled a new progs.dat and placed it in ID1, but neither the vanilla game nor Frikbots believes that deatchmatch 3 exists. I've tried setting it with autoexec.crg and command line, but the game will always reset to deathmatch 1 as soon as it can, such as when I swtich from the usual E1M3 demo to a deathmatch level. If I force it in a match, it does nothing.

    Did I mess up somewhere compiling it, is the "fix" not working, or do I have to compile the fixed code with Frikbot's progs.dat? Or is there a fix for this that someone has already made that enables deathmatch 3 in NetQuake?
