R00k, in fact, did change the width of the particle shaft in Qrack a while ago to be thinner. And I have it on good authority as well that this thinner shaft was chosen so that R00k's own in-game shaft-waving experience could become more "true to life" (his words).

If you load up some older Qracks from the early 3300 series I believe your lightning bolt will indeed become instantly thicker - no pump required. Perhaps a nice semi-vicarious thrill for some.

I'm sure R00k could quite easily code an adjustable-size shaft so that onscreen doppelganger could grow and shrink before your very eyes.
