  • Enforcer skin (reforged alter version) and AoP

    Since i was playing Abyss of Pandemonium again, I wonder if is possible to use the Quake Reforged alternative enforcer skin for the thunderbolt enforcer, since their skin is the same as standard enforcer

    PS: Wow, I'm an ogre now!

    Hello IronWarfare,

    I dont know the model you are talking about, but:
    As long as it is a reskinned enforcer model (as you said),
    you can of course use the external texture be Quake Reforged.
    Simply find out (in the pak files) what the model name is.
    Then rename the texture from Quake reforged accordingly and put it in "aop/progs" folder.

    Example:
    Model name: blah.mdl
    Texture name must be: blah.mdl_0.tga
    (or if its a second skin for the enforcer, it is: blah.mdl_1.tga)

      I've tried to open the .pak but there is no enforcer model. Maybe because they use same model and skin? Only their sound and the weapon is different

        Then you know what to do:
        (or if its a second skin for the enforcer, it is: blah.mdl_1.tga)
        Try: enforcer.mdl_1.tga
        (try different values too)

          Tried and doesn't work. I've checked also the monster textures. There is no enforcer. So isnt' possible to use alternative skin as thunderbolt enforcer

            It will be, sounds like you just either don't have the right model. It simply may not be called enforcer.mdl but something more obscure (like tbolter.mdl). Download QME and view each model in the viewer.

              I've tried all the models in the pak with pakscape. Now I'll try with QME
