then hit your tab button, and look for stuff like glow or somethin,and fiddle. This is the best way to learn the ins and outs of your engine of choice. I really don't recall anything other than
r_dynamic 0 will turn off the flashes/glows entirely, but I no longer turn mine off so thats all I can offer here
