multiplayer map screwed my f6 in single player ib darkplaces

I almost never have to ask for tech help but I joined a darkplaces MP server last night and afterward everytime I hit the f6 key in single player to quick save the console tells me "unknown command "bot-tv"".

Now I have already tried several fixes such as a complete re-install of the darkplaces mod in a DIFFERENT location and with brand new copies of the pack file and that DIDN'T fix it so I am at a complete and utter loss.

simple, go in your config.cfg and change the line for f6 to this

bind F6 "echo Quicksaving...; wait; save quick"

I will look again... but I don't think it's that simple. As I said I did a fresh install in a different location and fresh pk files and it is still doing this. I ran a virus scan with norton and no risks were found so no idea.. I am baffled.

I found the problem and no wonder I was having a time of it.. I was thinking my computer was possessed.... The config DP was using wasn't the config located in the ID1 folder.. it was located under c:/users/me/savegames/darkplaces/Id1....

wow.. someone is trying to rock the boat....
