Hi, I am a qw player.
Now that you're done laughing/pointing/ignoring/etc, I would like to introduce the quakeworld dueling guide I wrote for aerowalk.bsp:
http://www.qwplayers.org/inertia/aerowalk.txt
(...or just search google for aerowalk+strategy)
I suspect netquake players could benefit from reading this, as it is by no means a purely quakeworld-applicable document. I have had (very good) quake3 players tell me how they benefitted from what I wrote -- netquake may not be any different. I'm excited to hear what you guys think of it!

On another note, someone in another thread talked about:
In qw -- maybe this is different in nq -- by setting the ratio of these values to something other than 1:1, you can tweak how your movement feels. For example, by setting cl_sidespeed to 1000 and cl_forwardspeed to 750, one can get a different feeling (I'm not sure how to describe it, however, but it IS there!).

7. cl_forwardspeed 999, cl_movespeedkey 999, cl_sidespeed 999, cl_upspeed 999: I do not know if these switches actually work, but they are supposed to make you move faster. Set them for the hell of it.
