    Okay I have fixed a few things

    Mainly, if your AFK then you emit a sound at your location, until u jump or fire, after 5 minutes of idle.
    Once you are declared AFK, and are killed, then you are forced off your current team and placed in observer mode. There you may CC back in the game once you return. This helps clean out idle players, without banning, kicking, etc...

    Also, there were problems when people spawn. As, pre-round start players cannot take damage. But a telefrag would at times, fuse 2 players together.
    So, now if your "telefragged" pre-round then you are respawned elsewhere instead.

    This may create weird side effects with LARGE games but its better than being stuck.. we'll see.

    I dunno if this is before or after your updates but the other day there were 8 players on the server for a 4v4. On dm3 I kept spawning on top of an opposing player. 8 rounds straight I spawned on another player and I just "shot back" after spawn and ended up right behind the opposing player.

    On some other map that rarely gets played (it has outerspace all around it, has two levels, an air lift in the center against a wall to shoot you up to top level) several people ended up spawning on top of other players and either respawned below the map in outerspace or were shot back after spawing and fell into outerspace.

      Okay, well the whole reason all this crap is an issue, is because most dm maps only have at most 8 spawnpoints. Well in CA(x) thre can be an easy 8 vs 8 thus an overlapping. But because no one can get telefragged people get jammed up.

      So, what you are talking about is the BEFORE. Hopefully this is simplified by just shuffling the deck, and everyone spawns nicely.

        I was thinking of an addition to CAX that would help with campers at places like RL RA, boxes, OS ect.. and would keep the action moving.

        Heres goes..

        Loc dependant, if you stay in one area for to long say more then 1 minute, you either...
        A. Get caught on fire
        B. Start to bleed
        C. Explode.

        I think adding C will add a sense of constant danger from your surroundings ala "The Running Man" movie.

        IT would definitly keep people from camping

        I consider camping when you post at a spot in the level and shoot at a target more then about 2-3 times without moving on to another area.

        This would only be effective on maps with LOCs however

          That can easily be avoided by simply taking a step forward or backward and reverting to your normal position.

              or require everyone to constantly jump on one foot as they have to sing the hokie pokie... (oh wait that was my office christmas party)

              I think what would be REALLY fun would instead of telefrags respawn the 2 players that collided to a secret arena where they can 1 on 1 to the death!

              Anyone ever player ARCHON in the 80's on their APPLE //e or C64 or Atari 800?

                  How about an option where you can challange someone to a 1v1 duel by hitting them with axe or something like that? Those 2 fighters will be impervious to other player's weapons fire until one falls!
