No server has all of them, but dm.clanhdz.com runs 10 of those and dm.quakeone.com runs 31 of them.

You'll probably find a lot of those on the Bigfoot server (asgaard.morphos-team.net). Hope this helps

The idea of a DM server or CA , with all custom maps in rotation, with original id software maps as vote maps. Is my Quake paradise.

beatdown has many of them too....although you have to bring a friend, haha

The map rotation at Dredd was influenced a lot by Beatdown Alley. Gendm1 plays great in CA with 6-10 players.
