BTW, gchq feels like 30 ping when I really have 110 there. I have 110 ping at this server too, anyway to make it as smooth as it should be?

Yeah gchq was really smooth for me too even at 100 ping. good games there on aerowalk peg, polarite

I second Peg's comment. Well done Pol/CS, it's good to have the opportunity to play without having to overcome 130+ of extra ping that your opponent doesnt have . Can I just ask, does this version have any custom maps or voting?

@Monster: Yes, Peg and Pol are two of the nicest opponents you could wish to meet. In my experience they are helpful, always play Fair and square and never mouth off/camp/spam/etc. This doesn't mean we're engaged or anything

P.S. Just for reference it's my understanding that GCHQ is actually operated out of Manchester University so I'd imagine the pipe used would be almost a huge as Peg's (slide-blocking)rear end

Not yet. I am thinking about adding the Dredd maps into it's own votable rotation. You can then vote to rotate those maps or the id maps.

I could always be wrong but if your putting a to-do 'hitlist' together I get the feeling that many of the players on Pol's server would find voteable maps, custom or otherwise(*) and an eyecam facility highly desirable.

Also, maybe it's just me but if there's anything you could do to prevent me being forcibly ejected from the server at the end of every level that would be much appreciated.

P.S. If it's any consolation the consensus of opinion whilst I was on last night seemed to be that, although there are a few things to be ironed out, the mod is well received and many (including me) were appreciative of all of your efforts in getting it off the ground.

A year ago or so, one of the admins there was harassing Lefty of all people.

And, a year ago, Born4Trance got banned there for really dumb reasons.

Considering how few European players there are that play NQ, I think the above things are really dumb.

slappy has done a good job in keeping the server running.. the thing is.. he sees it as a private server where "we" can come to play as long as we bow down to his rules.. since he himself is allmost never on the server this isnt realy a problem.. the problem is that his "m8" "pitbull" who is very much like omi, IS on the server a lot at daytime.. provoking ppl.. then phoning in slappy to ban em..
