    Yes, R00K I think the ballrunner should run faster as he does not have any long range weapons and even if he wants to pummel the attacking opponent with the axe the attacker can spray him full of nails - non-explosive weapon - therefore cheating the system.

        Ya watching that demo, i noticed something you may have forgotten, at red base,(nailboxes) you can jump from stairs to the boxes and jump again on contact to jump on top. It's just a matter of time before we have all the trick moves down soild

            Just bumping this thread to post an update about speedball mode.
            RAGE.QUAKEONE.COM has this mode on as default (you can still use MATCH command to vote). Everyone who has played one game this last week has liked it. So, i'm trying to spread the word.

              The demo video rocks. Looks like a fun mod. I'll have to watch it closer but it looked like the RJ's look like they don't cause self damage. Didn't watch the armor to see if it took all the damage. :-)
