QuakeWorld Team Fortress Servers / QuakeServers.net

I tried connecting to the TF server phoenixlabs.org port 27500 but it says it isnt there, even though the server info on the page you linked to says that there are currently 11 people on it.

I'm using WinQuake 3.99, but it's the shareware version (ie. no pak1.pak)...does that make a difference? Thanks.
