team skins don't work!

hi

i just took up playing after 10 yrs.
i downloaded qrack, qw and ezquake. my problem is that i cannot see different colors on the skins. i have base.pcx and base.png...its very weird. cant play teamplay

copy that to the /qrack folder, then rename that pakfile to pak#.pak, where # is a numerical value +1 higher than the existing order of pak files in that folder.

example:
/qrack/
pak0.pak
pak1.pak
pak2.pak

pak3.pak
